As an instructional designer, I have many goals for the future. I have ten years of teaching experience in-person and remotely, and there are many possibilities for the use of my skills.
A goal of mine is to work in the field of instructional design, perhaps designing programs for adults. Alternatively, I would enjoy applying my skills to improve remote learning for secondary students. Here are some examples of tasks I would excel at based on my experience and expertise:
* Curriculum design or redesign for an online program using the ADDIE instructional design model and the Kirkpatrick Model of evaluation
* Assessment planning and execution
* Nuts and bolts logistical planning
* Teambuilding and collaborative learning experiences
* French language translation aid
To see examples of my creations, you can check out the “My work” page.
In my teaching and learning path, I aspire to adhere to the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) standards. Those standards can be viewed here.
